In my exploration of Lincoln Square, I look at how time, space, and sound come together.
TIME
From 2008 to 2021, I’ve followed the growth of Lincoln Square's tree canopy using data from Open Data Melbourne. This work aligns with the city's Urban Forest Strategy, highlighting the need for action against climate change to create a greener city.
SPACE
Lincoln Square is a lively space where community events and activities happen. Over time, these activities have shaped the space, creating a vibrant atmosphere as the trees have grown.
SOUND
Sound plays an important role in Lincoln Square. The voices, rustling leaves, and city sounds before, during, and after rain create a rhythm that connects us to the square, showing how sound changes with time.
